The Law forms a unitary system of state registration of legal entities, eliminating controversies between the provisions of the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors" and other legislative acts regulating the procedure of State registration and termination of legal entities.
The Law amends the Civil Code, the Laws "On Economic Associations´, "On Public Associations", "On Advocacy", "On Collective Agricultural Enterprise" and others to harmonize the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors."
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 6263.
